I don’t usually make reviews but this needed to made .Once you enter the building no covid restrictions are in place , the staff have masks but most of them aren’t worn properly . Everyone running around NO masks . This place is run by teens , I was with my son in the jungle area to climb etc and I felt comfortable seeing two employees showing PDA in a kids obstacle coarse . We only had one good encounter with a staff member , after they closed we were harnessed to go on the zip line and he let us get our last ride the some people harnessed didn’t even had there first go since it was closed .But unfortunately the rest of the staff punished him by telling him he had to Mop and sweep for letting us go, again run by teens !

Party Room down stairs ultimate birthday party. The park is huge but you are able to have a visual of your child from across the park.

We loved this place. Much better than other parks in the area. If you want a variety of options for kids of all ages (we have a 15, 14, 10, 9, 4, and 3 year old) this is the place for you. Not to mention my husband and I had a blast as well

Nice little change up from the every day average backyard trampoline... Mini golf is kinda lame... Sky ride is awesome for the kids. The fact it's not just 1 big trampoline is cool. The mini ball pit, the \pro parkour area\, and huge bean bag are always fun. But honestly folks, and I'm being 100% honest here, I saved the best for last.... By that I mean, the best part of urban air, BY FAR, is the cheesy, poorly managed, ---LASER TAG---.... If this place put just a minimal amount of money into the laser tag, and hired some worth while employees that actually explained the game to the kids, instead of barely telling them how to operate the laser gun..... And then coordinated them out the 2 separate doors. Maybe spruced up some of the walls, or fresh coat of glow paint, or even a minimal fog machine.... Than I guarantee you profits would double within the first month.... People would come for the trampolines, be wowed and surprised by the awesome laser tag, and end up spreading the word throughout the whole northwest of the country. Think about it Urban Air managers. Think about it Other than that, staff is friendly, food is decent.... oh! The lighting... Make it brighter, or less of a dungeon feel with the lighting.

We did a birthday party here, twice, within a few weeks of eachother. The kids loved it, equally, both times. And the pizza is surprisingly good. They let us bring party decorations, cake and our own drinks for the party. The zip line, lazer tag and mini golf are a great addition to all of the other fun things they have here. Be warned, they have a sock cop lurking around every corner and they'll bust you for not wearing Urban Air socks. Even if they're gripping socks from another trampoline park. They'll give you socks if you do the ultimate party package All the staff was super nice and the place is full of smiles. Its a really awesome place to take your kids and the prices are good. This is a great business, I hope they stick around. If you forgot about Groupon, check it out If you're planning a trip here, there's a really good chance that it'll make it worth your while
