Ordered a pellet stove that had to be shipped from Pennsylvania to Oregon. I monitored the tracking site they provided. Scheduled delivery date was December 3. It took a week for the stove to get out of Pennsylvania. December 3 comes along and stove is still in eastern U.S. I then get a notification that delivery will be December 7th. As of December 9th stove is on one of their trailers in Kansas City kansas. Shipping documents stated Conway freight was carrier. Called Conway phone number and gal answers xpo. I advised I was trying to get a Hold of Conway. She said this is xpo. Unbeknownst to me xpo purchased Conway and she did not tell me as such. Once I figured out the buyout I was able to speak to a XPO person who said it was taking way to long for the stove to get delivered. Three days later stove is still on trailer in Kansas City kansas. Worst service I have ever seen. Saying their customer service is totally, completely 100 percent pathetic would be giving them way to much credit.

Excellent customer service! I called to ask the dispatcher to have the driver called me when he was in route, as I was not at the delivery address all day. Customer service guy was great to deal with, and relayed the message as I did get a call from the driver when he was about 45 minutes away. Delivered a day earlier than expected even! Thanks for a smooth transaction! :-)
When you pay to have a packaged delivered and pay for lift gate service for them to unload the truck, you would think that is what you're going to get. Then they show up to your house and ask you where the forklift is. A forklift at a RESIDENTIAL address that you specifically paid for lift gate service. So they take it back to their facility and then call you everyday asking when I am going to pick it up!?! And then say they are going to have to charge a storage fee? Did I mention they said they would deliver on Friday and then said they got busy and didn't show up till the next week. Really bad service guys. Just deliver on what you were paid to do and said you were going to do. Sorry. Not really happy.
Drivers no one there on weekends and holidays to receive loads. Easy in easy out.
