Just a small town doctor, sends you off to specialist but doesn’t concern himself with what they find or do. You are on your own to manage you overall health care. They have access to ask for records but their system is not live so that one doctor can’t see what has been prescribed or what recent test done in other Crestwood Medical Group Offices. If you have serious illnesses get out of this area quickly!

Started with Dr. Bosserman this year. He has been very good with me. Listens to my problems and has explains everything he is doing. Also his office staff has been great.

Dr. Bosserman appears less than thrilled to be at this location. He almost patronizes you, hard to communicate with. Personality is zero, like a zombie who went right back to his office. Didn't tell the nurse to give the steroid shot needed. Waited in room for 30 min with an allergic reaction, finally had to open the door and ask someone for help. The worst doctors visit I have ever been too. Last time going there!!

Walk in Clinic? Don't think so, stopped in today and the lobby was empty, no cars in parking lot and was told Dr. Bosserman had no time for appointments today. The lady at the front desk was to lazy to offer me another day or appointment. Looking for a new doctor.
