Called two weeks ago left my number got no return call. Wrote an email and sent pics of old deck and what I was interested in for a new deck two weeks ago got no response. Probably busy. That’s fine. Call today this is the interaction: Owner: Hello? Me: Is this Benjamin? (owner’s name) Owner: (silence) Me: Hey this is Jason (gives address). How you doing this morning? Owner: I’M LISTENING Me: Ok yeah I called a couple of weeks ago and didn’t hear back just curious if you can do a deck for me out here. Owner: I talked to you we don’t do work in that city. Me: Um no you must’ve talked to someone else in this city. Me: So you don’t do work out this way? Owner: You just told me you talked to me. Me: No I said someone else must have talked to you from this city. Owner: I told you then we don’t do work in that city blah blah blah. Me: Thanks have a NICE DAY. Complete lack of any sort of professional courtesy for someone simply asking questions. For the record I never talked to the owner before today and never heard back on my voice mail or email two weeks ago. THAT’S WHY I CALLED TODAY. Thanks BENJAMIN.

The gentleman was professional and I know I bugged him with questions but he always gave me an answer that put my mind at ease. My deck looks absolutely amazing. They’re local which is always a plus. Told my in-laws to use them. Thanks for a great job.

The screen room we added on to the back of our house is perfect. We wanted somewhere the family could gather outside without having to sit in the sun or have to stay in because of the rain. I got quotes from several different companies and we are definitely glad we chose these guys.
