The store manager Tim and his employees are wonderful people. I had issues with my vehicle and these guys made sure things were done right and never let me doubt that my safety, my vehicle, and my satisfaction were of the utmost priority. Very good team and very customer focused. Extremely happy with the results. Thanks guys!

Took our van for a quote that was outrageous. Said we would get one somewhere else and the man refused to give my husband the car keys back and that we would have to pay to have it towed. Said legally they have the right to refuse to return our vehicle to us. What’s legal is us signing a document that we will not sue them if we get in an accident after we leave their place and chose not to use their services. They can not legally keep our car no matter how unsafe it is. Once he said we are going somewhere else the guy said he was just kidding and would throw in a discount if we stayed Took it to Farrar instead for better service, price and done professionally.

Unprofessional and Poorly Managed, Don't Go Here. I went to Midas in Meridianville for specific (rear diff) and general (oil change etc) services, I choose to do business here after a midweek visit asking if they could provide everything I am looking for. The Manager indicated they provided those services and I made a 7:30 am appointment for a few days later. Appointment day I arrive at the appointed time to locked doors and wait 15 minutes for someone to show up, while I was waiting I noticed trash from the previous days services and appointments all in the service bays. With the late open and the trashy appearance I should have left as these are signs of poor management. They took custody of my vehicle for the remainder of the day, of which I had to call them at closing time to see if there was an update, they were unaware of the status and had to call me back. When I heard back from them they said it was done and we agreed I would pick up the following morning, when I arrived they indicated half of the things I asked to be done weren't done and they can not do them (rear dif & and tire service). I was not charged for the items but now I need to make another service appointment elsewhere. Separately, one of the Technicians blocked my wife and kids in while they were dropping me off. I went out to ask him to move of which he replied "she can get by", I followed up and asked him to please move, she is driving a larger unfamiliar vehicle (my truck) and would appreciate some extra space. He slurred at me under his breath and attempted to coal roll me in the parking lot.
Staff is awesome. Service was great.
So far,, (because I have to take it back This AM after having entire brake system replaced by them over 2 days) I now dont have a parking brake, when I did when I took it in. With All new system its harder to apply "what brakes I do have them my peterbilt with a 53 foot and 80k lbs load on board. So far I'm 3000 in the hole and my truck runs worse Note that it was good, I just wanted to have it restored. So much for restoration. All new system ! SO FAR, VERY VERY DIS SATISFIED. CHECK BACK WITH ME, IF THIS THING DONT GET ME OR MY FAMILY KILLED TAKING IT BACK. Either way, check back with me, because if it isn't fixed properly and something happens you will hear from me or my sons or lawyer. Cant believe this kind of stuff from Midas. But I do now!!!!!!!
Got oil change for 20 Bucks. No window sticker to remind me of next one. But im sure idiot light will tell me.
