Great home builder. We really love the design and quality of our house. Especially they always use the latest technology to build the smart home, including smart lock, smart light, nest thermostat and mobile controllable garage door. Our previous house was also new construction house, but compare with Merit Homes' house, that was nothing. Another thing we really like is Merit Homes' warranty system and their nice staff. Brandon is always on top of everything, the user experience is amazing. I will definitely recommend Merit Homes to my friends!!
