The storage units were clean easy access into the property. If you had questions they assisted you. If I ever need a storage unit again I will be using them and the price was great the lights were great also in case you needed to go at night but did need a light in the outside units but overall they were awsome

The facility clean, rental sign up on line was easy, they adjusted the due date to my payday, and every person I met personaly and on the phone was very helpful and polite. I highly recommend if you are looking for additional storage space with climate control or a exterior unit with the \best prices\ and options in the area to give them a call or go on line today.

After selling my house and not knowing where i was going to move or what to do with all of my stuff, I decided i had to get a storage unit. It was easy to get in touch with the staff and super easy to set the rental up. Everything was online which makes life so much easier these days. I moved unexpectedly and just emailed to let them know i was out and that was it. I couldn't recommend this storage facility enough! I had a climate controlled unit and the property is safe, secure, and clean.

I had gotten 2 units around the end of 2019. Due to my fiance losing his job because of his health and I wasn't getting many hours at work, I was unable to pay for my units for several months. During this time, Merrick Storage had acquired a new owner. I was very leary and so scared that I was going to lose about everything I had. I was for sure that someone out of state wasn't going to care and that they just wanted their money. Boy was I surprised! They have bent over backwards to help me and have been so very understanding. I don't know of anyone else that would've worked with me as well as they have. If you're looking for storage with people that actually have a heart for others and also a good price on units, I couldn't recommend Merrick Storage any stronger. They definitely exceeded my expectations!
