I decided to give these guys a chance. Big mistake. I was rudely lied to by a staff member because my policy had a problem she wanted to pass the buck on. Furthermore the manager herself who works there isn't even competent enough to do a change of address. The BC insurance industry is well known for treating customers with contempt, and this outfit has lived up to the unfortunate stereotype.
