So where oh where to begin. I have kept my boat at Point Marina for nearly 3yrs now. When I first brought my boat there the marina was in wonderful condition. It boasted a beautiful clubhouse and a dock master worthy of the title. However since that dock masters untimely death two years ago the marina has been on a downward spiral. They hired a new dock master who for two years did little to nothing as far as his job went but instead harassed and coerced me a disabled veteran into doing his job for him. He also ran off anyone who dared complain about him to the owners. And it was only after months of marina patrons complaining myself included. That he was fired. However they have now shown that they condone his illegal actions towards me and others at the marina. When I finally stood up for myself the dock master threatened to have me evicted from the marina and made up lies about me to do so. Today I was informed by marina ownership that I am being evicted I assume because of his lies. I have offered them proof of the truth to no avail. The marina is a lost cause I highly recommend avoidance of this marina until new ownership takes over. Which I expect will be an inevitablity as as I understand the marina is in excessive debt.
