Coming from Alberta, and stopped off at this Shell as we needed the washroom. This place didn’t seem too busy at the time. So we pulled in. Asked the cashier, Paul, if he had any washrooms. With the most aggressive tone I have ever heard from a cashier throughout our trip to Vancouver. Said “Well did you gas up? If no then you can’t use the washroom.” I then proceeded to let him know that we are coming from Alberta.. so he then said “Buy something then you can use the washroom.” Let me point it out, there is NO SIGN that says Bathrooms are for guests Only. If there was a sign, I would have respectfully purchased something. Not to mention the washrooms are outside. So not only are the washrooms outside but this Paul ruined our moods.. so the next time People are coming from a long drive. Don’t give them attitude Paul and expect to have Respect back when you weren’t your best self today. This place wasn’t worth my 1 Star but I needed to review your cashier, Paul. Horrible temper.

Nice place to have a rest.
Me and my family visited this place last week, my wife went inside to get half cup of Hot water for our baby to warm up his milk bottle, but Guy named PAUL was very rude and he wanted us to charge for Coffee, i am also working in Gas Station Industry for almost 6 years but never misbehaved like him for half cup of water for small baby. After he said NO to my wife, i went inside the store and ask to pay for water, but he said you have to pay for Coffee and started arguing with me and told me to get out from the store. Then we went to Petro Canada and get it right away Hot water for our baby. There is no HUMANITY left these days. Its is so sad to see like this in this beautiful Country.
The workers were rude and unwelcoming. They did not want people using their washrooms. I'll skip this gas station and go to any of the other ones.
My husband and I stopped in on one of our morning walks. The service we received from Maria was horrific. She glared at us as she unlocked the door as she came in from outside and continued her snotty treatment as though we were lower class. I could not believe her lack of customer service. As we left the store she told us to \ have a safe one \ as tho we were trash! Absolutely offended and will never shop there again
