Helen is an incredibly professional, highly educated and attuned therapist. I have been receiving aromatherapy massage treatments and reflexology from her for a while and she really knows her stuff. I always leave feeling relaxed and so much better than when I walked in. She’s also friendly, a pleasure to spend time with, warm and caring and Ive never felt rushed like I have in the past with other packaged massage treatments at spas.
