Merthyr Halfords store was in these stressful time a very well organised , professional, and helpful store , the young ladies were professional but warm and a delight, they went out in the worst weather to change a headlight bulb on my car without a second thought ,they made my day , they really cared about what they were doing and most off all put the customers fist , whilst following COVID guidelines, but making you feel comfortable and welcome at the same time Well done Halfords and especially the ladies in store at Merthyr branch

Good experience today whilst no phone calls for informing me about the bike the bike will be ready in 10 min according with the guy at the till. Past experience not so good obviously another younger employee perhaps a trainee o well ....can't be to demanding especially as a peasant....

I was taken to Halfords by the recovery service, as my battery was not holding a charge. The young man who served me was very professional, efficient and friendly. He collected the battery from the shelves, brought it to the till, then returned and got another one because he felt the first battery he had picked up might not be unused. He fitted it to the vehicle very quickly and efficiently and did his best to smooth out my grumpiness at the 15 fitting charge. I still feel the charge is excessive for a 2 minute job, but didn’t have the tools with me to do it myself. That doesn’t detract from the great service the young man gave, he is an asset to the organisation.

Had to have Car Battery replaced, service was excellent,quick, and the Lady who served me was very helpful and fitted the Battery quickly for me,very Happy customer!
