Work was good, no communication to let me know what was going on, my car was towed In Monday and needed the wiper linkage replaced... no contact from Nissan until I called on Thursday where they said my car would be finished that day. I have an electric car and asked that they plug it in as I was 70 km from home and wanted to get my groceries while I was there... they did not. I only had enough battery to barely make it home.

Had the pleasure of purchasing a pre-owned Nissan Leaf from Mertin recently and could not have been happier with the experience. They were very accommodating and we especially loved working with Tanya, our sales person. Tanya was very patient and let us take our time making the decision. We took our time making the decision and never felt hurried at all. There was always an answer and even post sale they have followed up to ensure everything is ok and were ready to help should we need anything. They were even happy to let our dog join us on the test drive!
Had my snow tires switched out for my regular tires. I had lost the key for the wheel locks. They ended up giving me new wheel locks and a new key free of charge! Amazing service and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend This dealership.
Definitely the best service in Chillwack I’d give 10 ️ if I could. If they are booked I rather wait for an appointment than take my car somewhere else. 10000 % satisfied.
