If you have found us due to the loss of a beloved pet, please accept our most sincere sympathy. As pet owners, we love and care deeply for our pets. In return, they give us companionship and unconditional love. They are a cherished part of our families. When the time comes to say goodbye, we want our devoted pets to be cared for with respect and compassion. Our services are offered valley-wide seven days a week. We are a family owned and operated company, and the only fully operational pet crematory in the East Valley. Because there are no mandated procedures for how to care for you pet after its death, you must make this decision based on family tradition or information you receive from your veterinarian, friend, the internet, or even the yellow pages. We are here to assist you if you have any questions…please call 480-668-8500 or visit out contact us page. We are open to the public, available after hours 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm, and office hours are Mon – Fri 9am to 5pm. We are conveniently located in Mesa on Higley & Main (see our contact us page for directions) and you are always welcome to visit our crematory. Cremation is an important and appropriate choice to make, that shows respect for both your pet and for the environment. Because we are a fully operational Pet Crematory, we follow a specific procedure from the time we receive your pet until the cremation remains are returned to you, and can assure you, that you will receive only your pet’s ashes. This is our number one priority! We are available to remove your pet from clinics valley wide for a minimal fee. We offer pick-up service at your home, or you can bring your pet directly to our office during business hours. During non-business hours, we can remove your pet from your residence, or you can bring your pet to our facility for a minimal fee. As a family owned and operated business, we are well able to accommodate your needs during this difficult time. All Pets did a phenomenal job of helping us through the difficult experience of losing our dog. They were empathetic to us and very respectful to her. I called several times and they always answered the phone, which was much-appreciated. Their attention to detail was outstanding. Even during this pandemic, they were willing to accommodate parts of a witnessed/private cremation because they understand how important that is for some people. We have complete confidence that our dog was protected while in their care and returned to us quickly so that we will have a part of her with us always. A heartfelt thank you is in order, and we highly recommend them.

Thank you for empathy, compassion, and professionalism. Our beloved Ace passed at 5am today. After a stressful few days trying to care for Ace around the clock I needed a place that would do whatever it took to help. When I called they set it all up for us. The whole process took two hours and we brought him home same day. They handled the process perfectly making the transition for us so much easier than expected. Bright as Skittles

This place deserves a 5 star and PLUS. We are not from AZ, we were staying in Camp Verde for a 4 day weekend back in June and when we woke up, we had seen our little Pooch had passed. When I called this establishment, I was scared that they would not be able to accommodate us. After speaking with, who I believe was, Andy, he made sure that we would be taken care of. He had so much compassion and he understood how much our fur baby meant to us. When we got there we were sent to a room and we were able to say our good byes to the little fella. We have never gone through this and we were so shocked on how well this process went. We were pretty far from All Pets Great & Small but the drive to take Pooch (yes his name was Pooch) and back to pick up his remains was so well worth it. I suggest this place to anyone who wants their fur baby to be treated with the utmost respect.

Love this place. They took my boy Johnny immediately after he passed away. My boy died before we got to the vet. 5 stars to the hospital as well! They put him in a box for us. Looked just like a casket. I googled pet cemetery and this place popped up. I called them and talked to Andy. He was very nice and compassionate on the phone. When we arrived they took him right away and I got his ashes the next day. I was very pleased on how easy it was for me. I was a mess and they took care of me just fine. I also got a condolences card in the mail. Thank you Andy and staff for your help.
