I went there for a sinus infection turned bad but my ent griffin santarelli was awesome. He was nice and saved my sinuses too bad he is no longer there. Hopefully the next ent i see there is cool like him.

Doctor was great but billing department didnt even check or call insurance. They send me a bill 523 almost after a year later. Dont go there and trust billing department. You will regret it like I am

HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. Watch out, they'll schedule you and you show up to be told \I'm not sure why they \scheduled\ you but the Doctor is full.\ I was scheduled but basically they got back lagged and thought they'd tell me this because they're behind. I drove 30 miles away for my appt. Then they asked if I wanted to drive even further to Phoenix to get me scheduled. This place is disorganized and unprofessional. I'm going to medical school right now and there is no way that I would treat one of my patients this way. NEVER.

This office never answers their phone! I left work early to drive clear across town for a 1st time appointment. Well traffic hit bad, and I tried calling to say I would be late and if I should even come. After being on hold 10 mins I gave up. So I show up 20 mins late, and they said the doctor left 15 mins ago. So they don't answer the phone and the doctor leaves before closing time. I wish I could give zero stars. If this place can't even hire enough staff to answer the freaking phone, what else do they cut costs on, sanitization and working instruments? Total disgrace. Visit at your own peril.
