I second the previous review. The billing department is completely incompetent. We were recently billed for a visit in January that was submitted to our insurance (we paid the copay at the visit, insurance was accepted, and now we are being billed for the total seven months later). No one can tell me why I'm still getting a bill for the full amount of the visit. The medical staff is fine, but trying to get answers from the billing department is incredibly difficult. Update: Apparently my daughter's name was misspelled at the Dr's office and so insurance rejected the claim based on a spelling error. It eventually was resolved and insurance did cover the visit. I've updated my review to reflect that fact.
