I love Family Strategies! From the front office staff to Abbie they are amazing! The girls that work up front are so friendly and are always so helpful. Abbie, she has changed my life. I have worked with her for a few years now. I cannot thank her enough for how much she has helped me and changed my life. Worst customer service! Leanna, the receptionist, could not make an appointment without being difficult and rude. They do NOT return emails or calls, and when I asked for 1 appointment I was scheduled for 5. When I called to figure it out, Leanna was condescending, nasty and disrespectful. .. if you want help, go some where else. This place will break your heart.

Family Strategies is an amazing place, changing lives daily! My family has learned through trials and hardships.. that taking that hard first step and making an appointment and doing the work required, is definitely worth it! Invaluable life skills are taught by so many wonderful, skilled and knowledgeable Therapists in this office. I know my family has been blessed, we will be forever thankful for this Office. Whatever the reason is you might need help with, this is the place to come!

Amazing facility! John McLean is awesome. It's been a while since I could trust someone in therapy and he has been welcoming and constructive in helping me piece my life back together. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking to better themselves. Also the EDMR therapy with Laurie was amazing and helped control my night terrors and anxiety issues from my PTSD. All around wonderful place to go for help! They will be behind you 100%! 10/10 Thanks John and Laurie!
