Experienced very rude behavior with customers. We bought 2 pallets of marble tiles. 7 tiles were completely broken, and 17 tiles had cracks or some damage (chipped corner) . When we went to exchange them, sales person was very rude. They exchanged only 10 and we had to buy other tiles at higher price. Once you start the project, you are at the mercy of the store. Overall very bad experience.

The salesperson at Imperial was friendly, knowledgeable and made our selection and buying process a piece of cake. We were disappointed when we ran into an issue at installation but the owner and his team were quick to respond and assure us the issue would be resolved and it was. We love our new granite counter top and will be going back to Imperial Wholesale when it is time to update our showers. If you are looking for a local, family owned business that cares about their customers, this is the place.
