A combat wounded veteran was turned away today for PTSD/Addiction services with the only explanation being that you aren't equipped to help. What are you equipped for and why call yourself an accredited Vet Center through the Department of Veterans Affairs when you aren't willing or able to actually help someone who desperately needs it? This WILL be reported to everyone it can be reported to. 22 a day. Don't forget that. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Had a great experience. The front desk staff was very friendly and informative.
Called about info and was told the VA medical center is where I should go instead just because I’m not a combat veteran. What a horrible excuse for an organization.
I have tried to get services here for years. I had an intake appointment once and the counselor I was assigned could not or would not understand that I had no phone, no transportation, and no access to public transportation and needed at least 48 to 72 hours to figure out a way to get there for an appointment to get some help. I had an appointment recently that was early in the morning because that was all they had available. I was running late because I was staying at a shelter and missed a light rail connection. When I called to inform them that I was running late they had no record of me even having an appointment that I had scheduled in person two weeks prior. The volunteers that work here are great but the VA staff that I have interacted with are quite honestly derelict in the performance of their duties through culpable inefficiency. Oddly I have known several Veterans that have received much help here and had an altogether different experience. I will never go here again because it has only been a soul crushing and mind numbing waste of my time.
The people there were lets say to hard at work
Its nice to be treated well, by professionals that genuinely care about your well being.
