I have been the Property Manager here at A Secured for many years and absolutely am thrilled to have National Fire Control be in charge of making sure all our systems are properly running. National Fire Control has been here to save the day on many repairs and also just exceptional support through any of our needs in regards to the system that can save this property in such a tragic event of a fire. I have never had to wait long periods to have any inspection done and or any emergency responded to. The staff is very professional and courteous. I would recommend having National Fire Control handle your business. I also am pleased to say that they keep me on my toes by making sure all is scheduled in a timely manner keeping up with the City and what they require.
Great company, the only thing that would make them better is for them to move to Surprise AZ. Still worth the drive. I read the review regarding poor customer service, who ever wrote that review must have unrealistic expectations. This firm from the office staff, to the technicians, to the owner has been perfect. Amazing customer service! I had National Fire Control out to my business in January to service my fire suppression system. After service there was a still a problem and they were back out within an hour or two of my phone call to fix the problem! They definitely understand the needs of a business owner and I will definitely be using them again!
