Great service and great selection. This was our first time going to a place that sells reclaimed lumber, so we didn't know exactly what to expect as far as selection, layout, or service. We were greatly surprised to find out that not only did they have a nice variety of products that was easy to browse, but were provided we great service. They were able to give us the background on where the lumber came from, help us find the perfect products, cut it to the size we needed, and suggest products for our projects. We will definitely return for our future projects.

I just picked up yet another order from Old Sol. Preston and these guys are great to work with! They always have what I'm looking for. We've made barn doors, shelves, trim walls, moldings and much more from their supply and the end product always turns out fantastic. We just picked up some beautiful maple that will ultimately become custom shelves at our newest project. I highly recommend a visit!

Preston and his staff are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They stock a wide-range of reclaimed barn wood in all colors, sizes and finishes at much better prices than the other competitors . The shop/yard is very clean and open so the products are easily accessible to view which allowed me to make the perfect selection of material for my job. I was struggling with my decision between a couple different types of wood and Preston took the time to explain the specific woods and their characteristics ensuring my choice would be the correct one for my application and avoid issues down the road. Can't thank Old Sole Lumber Company enough for what they do and how they do it!!

We had a great experience for our first visit to Old Sol today. We were greeted by Preston as soon as we walked in and he stopped what he was doing just to help us. He took the time to ask about my project and then showed me exactly what I was looking for. He was incredibly kind and even offered to cut a sample board for me to test on for my project. Visiting lumber yards can sometimes be a little intimidating when you aren’t a master craftsmen, but I never once felt that way during my visit today and I will definitely be returning.

Always a pleasure visiting Preston and his team. We have visited a few times unsure of the best wood to purchase, his team has always been very knowledgeable and gives great tips and advice. We finally decided what we needed and went in. Preston got us exactly what we were looking for and at great prices.
