Never been here before, but wanted a couple of things for a visiting cat. There were so many products that I asked for help. The store employees were friendly and helpful. It was a pretty good experience.

This is the closest pet store to my house but I will always drive an extra 5 miles to go to a different store. There is never anyone here to help you- EVER. The employees don't look or act like they work there. It takes forever to check out. The store is dark, musky, and run-down looking. The prices are high. Price tags and signage are missing. The livestock look bad. And this store has Always been that way, for at least a decade. I don't know why I even come here anymore.
Very nice experience.... I have been a Petco customer since 2001..... I have always been treated as a valued customer....
Friendly staff! Always willing to help. I'm not giving a 5 Star rating because of the empty shelves in my pets area. However, this could still be a COVID/Holiday aftermath. I'll change my rating if warranted within a few months. Outside of the stocking issue; I love this place!
Connie was outstanding. Super helpful in helping me find things for my new pup. Plenty of suggestions and even helped me save some money. She went above and beyond and made my experience pleasant. I was unsure at first because the younger associates shrugged me off, but Connie stepped in and stepped up. Thank you!!
