These people are a joke! I was in ER back in Sept 2019 and got a bill from them for the doctor that saw me, which I don’t even remember seeing him. I promptly paid it as soon as I got the bill and then a few weeks later I get a notice that it was sent to collections because I didn’t pay. Had to speak to a manager to get it fixed. Now months and months later I get the same dang bill in the mail. I ALREADY PAID THIS! I have proof of the payment. Of course when you call the number the mailbox is full...I wonder why!! I wonder what my lawyer will think of this when I bring it up to him that a billing agency tried to bill me twice for the same bill?!

The absolute WORST experience with billing!!!!!! They sent me to collections over a bill that was PAID a year ago! I have receipts and proof that it has been paid. Then, they tried to bill me over 5k for who knows what and after questioning them, they resent the bill and this time it was for under 400. No apology or anything. Really!?!?!?! What are they trying to do? I wonder how many people get the bill and just pay it?! If you can help it, DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Eighteen 1-star reviews says it all -- I went to the ER at Banner Desert Medical Center. I have a gold insurance plan w/ Cigna and this hospital is in-network for me. Was in the ER for 5 hours, received essentially zero treatment, and a few weeks later I got a bill from Progressive Medical Associates (HA!) for 1,225. This was apparently for a doctor who spoke to me for about 30 seconds. Interestingly, I called Cigna and they said the bill I received from PMA was WRONG; because Banner is in-network, I should have only been billed 359, not the \full price\ rate of 1,225. Honestly, the entire US healthcare system is completely broken. My vote EVERY SINGLE PERSON in the insurance and \medical billing\ industry should be thrown in jail, and all their assets forfeited. The entire industry is a fraud/sham. We can do better than this.

Dr. James Reingold should be ashamed of himself to hand over his billing to this company. They have no website, they are charging 3x as much as the Banner Children's hospital ER and everyone is right, they are all clueless and I can't get in touch with the doctor. I have CIGNA and because it wasn't billed with the correct coding, they can't pay it. This company seems like a scam, don't let them scam you. File complaints or it won't change
