Cody had been such a gift in the 3 years we have been clients. He is always courteous, professional, very knowledgeable and helpful. Just recently we thought we had made an appointment but we had not completed the confirmation process so we showed up to his office expecting to get our applications done. Cody was all booked up, but he was able to make it so we could meet with him right then and, never once gave us them impression that we had inconvenienced him. He took his time to be thorough and helpful. He is a real champion!

This service makes is much easier to evaluate the many different Medicare Advantage Plans available. The ease of doing this over the phone and having the agent check if your current doctors are in-network and what your meds will cost etc. They do everything for you at no cost!!! A great benefit!

The 2021 open enrollment period made the third year my husband and I utilized the services at RMS Insurance Services with Cody Randazzo. Cody navigated through the healthcare exchange assisting my husband and I to pick out a healthcare plan , a Medicare Advantage plan as well as a Medicare part D drug plan that best met our needs medically and financially. What can be somewhat of a daunting and confusing task was made less stressful thanks to Cody's expertise.
