Had an appointment 12-2pm last week. 1:30 came around and he hadn't shown up yet so i called into work and said i would be late. 2:15 i called mesaba and they said the tech had a family issue. Ok thats fine, but they could of called to tell me so i didnt have to be late to work. STRIKE 1. Rescheduled for thursday the 17th. They never showed up. I called and she said it was for next thursday, which wasnt right. STRIKE 2. So she said a tech could come tommorrow, friday the 18th. Never showed, called again and he was held up at another house. And couldnt make it again. No call once again. STRIKE 3. I tried to get somone else to come out after the 2nd no show/no call. But everyone else was booked weeks out. Now after dealing with these ppl and seeing how unprofessional, unreliable they are i see why they are not booked like the other ones. They are lucky they get 1 star, if 0 star was an option i would pick it. I Would never have them step foot in my house even if its -30 and my furnace quit and they were the only available ones. Save your self the hassle and pick someone else.

Our furnace stopped working on a very cold day on 1/25/21. I called for service and talked with Deann and she was very nice and helpful. She scheduled for a service tech to come to my home promptly. Chad arrived shortly after talking with Deann and serviced our furnace. Outstanding service and honest!! I highly recommend Mesaba HVAC. We are going to make some upgrades to our HVAC system in the coming months and Mesaba is who we choose!!! Thank You! Mark Vicory

Always a good experience with Mesaba Heating. The staff is friendly and they are fast to respond. The technicians are well informed, knowledgeable and don't waste any time. I think the pricing for parts and labor is fair.

I have never had a bad experience with any of the guys that have been here to install or do maintenance on my furnace. Everyone has been knowledgeable & courteous. Also very helpful & patient with all of my questions!
