Bought a computer from mesh to replace my old mesh computer, unfortunately it was poorly put together and not configured spent alot of money on good specs but it never worked properly. Turns out the mesh computers who built my first pc went into administration and it was bought out by these people. Avoid like the plague

PC was very well built, I would recommend Mesh. As a note, it's good to make sure you sign into the Mesh website where you can track the progress of your order and also make sure your delivery address and contact number are correct for Mesh. As it caused a minor delay to my order when they needed to contact me, but this was really my own fault. I called them a couple of times just to check the progress and the call was answered quickly each time and I was satisfied with the information I received on the calls. The Mesh PC came delivered by the awesome DPD, and was packaged well and had some good information sheets in the box too. The machine also had two PDF files on the home screen which clearly shows how to create a restore point for the new PC and other important information. No issues with my machine so far, and I'm happy with my order.

Ordered a PC using, and paying for, the expedited shipping service. PC arrived on time but a) keyboard was defective and b) no wireless antenna was included with the PCI wireless network card. I informed Mesh computers of both. They requested that I send the keyboard to them for testing, which I did, and told me the antenna would be sent to me. Two weeks later and I am still waiting. They don't answer their phone, which other reputable vendors do even in this era of lock-down, and don't answer their emails. We are now at close to 1 month since I placed my order and, after paying for expedited dispatch, I still don't have a working PC. I have never experienced a PC vendor failing to acknowledge a customer communication and then acting on it, even if with a delay. In effect, Mesh computers have taken the money and then failed to deliver the product ordered, so my next stop will be my credit card company to seek a refund and return the incomplete PC they sent me. Unless you are looking to spend considerable sums on a vendor who is unreachable except via email, fails to respond to customer communication and is hit-or-miss on delivery, my experience suggests it's better to look elsewhere.

Awful customer service, clueless repairs department. It took me less time and effort to learn how to fix the problem myself by rebuilding my PC from here than dealing with these people again.

Please Beware ! THIS IS THE WORST SHOP YOU CAN BUY A PC-LAPTOP FROM! They take your money, than holds a week telling you they are building the machine, DELAYS THE ORDER MORE, at the agreed time on delivery they dont give you tracking details to track your parcels, lies about time slot and parcel IS NEVER delivered. Lying company which cares just to take your payment! They have RUINED my brothers birthday. BEWARE WHEN BUYING
