I needed a more comfortable option for the cone of shame for my dog who just had neuter surgery so I placed a curbside pickup order online about an hour before closing time. The website said it would be ready the next day but I needed it right away so I called the store & Kayla kept me on the phone while she pulled my order so I could come get it. She was so pleasant and helpful & I'm so thankful for her help.

I took my pup today to this location, its the second time I bring him in. I just love it. My dog is on the older side, and always so nervous around people, he doesn't like people and he's always so comfortable here. And both times they told me he was a sweet pup, and im always thinking he's gonna bite or snap lol his groomer today was Kelcie, and she was soooo friendly and welcoming. I just loved her energy. Looks like she loves her job. And not to mention, she did such a great job on my pups hair. He came out looking flawless! Thank you so much for taking care of my dog, he means the world to me

I went in here to shop an order for a customer and after struggling for a few minutes to find what I needed, I was approached by a female employee that was so helpful and knowledgeable. She quickly helped me locate everything. So nice to find good customer service these days because IT IS RARE
