We just wanted to look at models and ask a few questions. They were great! Not pushy at all. Looking at the plans, everything is an upgrade. Add 100k to any plan to make it a realistic #.

The Sun City neighborhoods are beautiful. Conestoga golf course is stunning and the staff is awesome. The 1880 grill is great. The outdoor amenities, bocce ball, pickle ball and tennis courts, are all also excellent, but the people working in our rec Center are the WORST! These are amenities that we as owners pay for. We also pay the salaries of the rec center employees. They are rude, and total power hungry control freaks. I have a medical condition and they even crossed over that line. Many people have had so many problems with the Pioneer Rec Center Staff. So much so, that they have stopped going to their rec center and are joining Mesquite fitness and the Mesquite Recreational Center. Pulte needs to address the issues going on up there!!! Just go to the other facilities in town and tell them you’ve had it with the Pioneer Rec Center employees. They will tell you they hear that complaint every time a Sun City resident signs up for membership.

The experience buying a home here in Sun City Mesquite was a pleasure. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and provided information and services timely. Paul Moore, my sales representative was great sending pictures weekly showing the progress of the build. Brogan, my Field Manager, was a delight to work with. The various Pulte staff at the Title Company, Mortgage Company, Insurance, Design Center, and Electrical Engineering were excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend them all. This is a beautiful place. Come see for yourself. You just may become my neighbor!
