A nice take on an ancient tradition. The place boats a pizza dough which is the result of 60 hours of proofing and leavening. The result is supposed you be a healthier, more disrobe pizza crust. There are numerous toppings available. The tables are not cozy or elegant, but the prices are cheap and the focus is on the food, not the ambiance of the restaurant.

Buono il prodotto.... purtroppo.......non viene rispettato il tempo relativamente agli ordini fatti telefonicamente.....imprevisti ordini precedenti...rallentamenti....basterebbe allora non dare un tempo breve come risposta è questione di rispetto!!!!
