My dad worked here growing up as a kid for years. The food is absolutely amazing and is always great. If you want the best sub shop in New Orleans, this is the place to go. Great food, but even better people behind the counters and in kitchen. They value every customer that walks through the door and that's made clear everytime you dine there. I highly recommend Radosta's to anyone in the area (and if you are not in the area it's certainly worth a drive)
Excellent old Metairie neighborhood casual sandwhich shop for eat in or take out. Food is 5* wonderful.. Gumbo, great, just enough spice and overflowing with shrimp..Had salad with fried shrimp just out the pan. Friendly super kind servers. I witnessed a server helping an elderly handicapped man to sit in his walker and he was basically carrying him. First time I was there.
This is the most charming little lunch spot. Owners usually around. I wouldn’t go if you are in a hurry, but if you have some time, you can’t go wrong. A small order of onion rings is enough for 4-6 people, easily. It is a little strange the way paying works here, and it can backed up and jumbled at times, but again, if you go with some time, it isn’t an issue. Ordering out is an easy option too.
Home made Italian sausage sandwich? Yes please. It was good and easy and pretty good price.
