Für eine Reparatur die 20 Minuten gedauert hat, wurde 1 Arbeitsstunde abgerechnet. Antwort auf Nachfrage: 1. es mussten Ersatzteile zusammengesucht werden (es handelte sich um 1 kleines Kammergetriebe für Fenstergriff, das ich bereits vor dem Reparaturtermin persönlich vor Ort \bestellt\ habe. 2. die Anfahrt (laut Googlemaps hin und zurück 8 Minuten - es war morgens um 10 Uhr) Aus meiner Sicht absolut nicht korrekt! Deshalb nicht empfehlenswert!
