Recently came into Dan O'Brien's CDJR looking for a truck or SUV as my fiance and I needed a bigger vehicle than the sports sedan we had. Before coming into the dealer, I had spoken with the salesman Anthony and made an appointment to come in. Throughout the process, Anthony was very tentative and very customer service oriented. I ended up purchasing a 2018 Grand Cherokee Limited which I fell in love with. The dealer made the process easy and efficient as far as vehicle sales go. I did have a minor snag as I discovered a repair that was needed days after the car was picked up, however, Steven Duff had the repair covered under Goodwill Assistance and no out of pocket money needed to be exchanged which was great. Overall this is my first purchase with Dan O'Brien, it is unlikely that it is my last, I will return to Dan's dealer someday when I purchase a RAM for the family down the road. Overall, if you want an honest and great experience, from someone who works for a fleet leasing company, this is the dealer you want to visit.
