I ordered curbside, but had to go in to get my drink after more than 5 minutes waiting. The 2 spots right in front were taken & I was the only car parked on the side by the door!

Cashier was rude & impatient. She did not take my order correctly whatsoever & did not allow me to correct her. My beyond sausage wrap with no egg had egg & regular sausage. My coffee was also messed up & I was missing a muffin. They don’t care about the customers. 1/10
Store doesn’t close until 8pm and at 7:30 they have no coffee? As someone that worked for dunks for a long time I know that they are supposed to have donuts and coffee up until the minute they close the store!!! Horrible customer service. Bad attitude, my sandwiches are always burnt and my coffee is never right!! THIS PLACE F***ING SUCKS!!!!!!!
I enjoy Dunkin but it all depends some of the workers don't know how to make coffee especially some not all of the younger youths
Never have an issue with this one, my orders are always correct. Friendly staff and very clean as well
