I met with Justin in hopes he could help resolve a problem. I was having trouble with my iPhone accessing my gmail and calendar for work. Justin was extremely professional. He helped me remove an admin feature I did not realize had been enabled by our previous IT support person. Justin saved me so much aggravation and time. I had previously gone the the Geeks Squad and Apple for help. Neither Apple or Geek Squad could help me access my gmail or calendar and left me feeling that there was no hope to correct this. Now I can go see Justin at Experimax and I know he will do everything he can to help me. I also plan on buying my next laptop there. I am so grateful for Justin’s help. I'm a professional organizer, and one of my biggest challenges is finding safe and environmentally friendly ways to dispose of my clients' old cell phones, iPads, and laptops. I was so happy when Experimax opened! If they can't sell the old devices I bring in, they'll destroy the data and then recycle the devices. I always walk in feeling like I'm about to dump a burden on them, but their staff cheerfully takes it off my hands and I walk out ten pounds lighter! They have great customer service and are just good people. Highly recommend!
