Just had to share! At 5:30 a.m., my husband found out that our heat was not working. He fiddled with it for a bit, and at 6 a.m. he called Freeman Fuel and got their answering service. By 7:15, a serviceman was here, and replaced the part. Voila! Heat! I am a devoted customer of Freeman Fuel Co Inc because this is typical of their service! They have serviced our heating for the last 22 years, including minor repairs and a full furnace replacement. They have courteous employees and are incredibly responsive. Two thumbs up!

Well I have to say this company is way too overpriced. Also terrible customer service. Had to go in person to get an invoice because when they came to fill my tank they didn’t fill it all the way. They tried to say my gauge was off which it isn’t. Also the fat lady behind the counter who I believe does the phones recognized me and started shaking her head when I was putting in a complaint about her because she screwed up payments in the first place. Don’t go here try haffners or Simards first, cheaper and better customer service.
