I agree with the previous review. My wife has been sitting here for 2.5 hours in extreme pain(still waiting) and these people are letting all the patients that came after us go first. The excuse they give is that there are two parts of the hospital. (I dont get this. I thought i came to the emergency room). I find this to be very unfair and unacceptable practice at this hospital. Whoever is in Charge of handling the process of emergency room patients(i hope you are reading this), you are doing an extremely poor job. You have no care for people whatsoever and you are in the wrong business. I even witnessed people cutting us off in the line and go in before us just because they decided to use the wheelchair. I told my wife to use the wheelchair when she was getting out of the car because she was having a hard time walking and she told me that someone else can use the wheelchair instead of her. Advice to anyone thats visiting: “Go in screaming on top of your lungs with pain to get immediate attention, because thats the only language these people will understand.”

They do not let you be with your loved one and when you call up to ask how your loved one is doing they lie to you tell you that they did some thing then they didn’t do because you were on the phone with the loved one and they asked the nurse nurse and gets told nothing has been ordered yet and The patients been here for four hours and the doctor has not come in wants to see the patient how do you are in a hospital will take care of patients when you don’t even check on them or you give the family wrong information and tell them something that’s not even accurate
A mother with her daughter and I waited for ALMOST 2 hours. People who just got there were in before us! Me with extreme pain, just left. I received NO medical care. Last time I was there, I went 11pm-3:30am! All I got was blood work! I’ve been dealing with this pain for awhile, and I’m BEYOND done going to this emergency room. Worst experiences ever. Don’t even get me started on when I had my son there.
