Please update your hours online. Google says your open til 6pm. I'm in front of your store and it's 3:30 and the sign in the door says you close at 3:00. :(

I went there Sunday to pay my bill and the internet said open at 11am so i went there at 11:15 and the door was locked. Go figure. And 2day it says open at 9:00 and I called at 9:30 and the phone just rings and rings. Go figure , I think it's time I change carriers.

Went to help a family member switch over to metro, one employe was on his personal phone talking the whole time he was trying to help us (no help at all!) Didn't set up the account right and didn't give us the right receipt! Went to another metro and they told us to go right back and get our full payment back, this guy told us we couldn't get our full money back. After being on the phone with every metro we are allowed to get our full payment back!
