most of the staff is decent and nice . but they leave out a lot of things i've been paying my bill with cash instead of auto pay and they didn't tell me that if i paid in store i'd be charged a 10 processing fee so 40 got added to my bill and i had to call and get this information from someone else because no one in store ever mentioned it , covid has been hard enough shouldn't be fanessing people like that
The customer service on the day I went to get my screen protector was horrible. Maybe it was the staff working that day but I ain’t going back there.
Vivian & Seleena were amazing. Very helpful & professional. Did more then expected. Transferred all lines over & set up our numbers & accounts quickly. I highly recommend this T-Mobile location for any & all needs.
I have been a T-Mobile customer for 19 years now. I usually go to my regular T-Mobile store in the metro west area and I needed to go to a T-Mobile store immediately .I came to this store and the service was amazing. Angel and his associate were so helpful and understanding. I truly wish this store was closer to where I work and reside so I could make this my T-Mobile store. I would highly recommend this T-Mobile store!
