Cat helped yesterday with an issue I was having - not receiving text messages on a newly issued work phone. She was able to assess that I needed an updated SIM card, and backed up all my contacts from the old card. By the time I left, I was receiving texts and ready to continue on with my work day. Both she and the young gentleman she was training made the experience a pleasant break in my day - and you can't say that often these days when you're trying to get a problem resolved. I'd happily return to this location - great customer service.

Customer service was beyond excellent! Jen and Bonney were fantastic!!! They took the time to work with my wife and I to get us set up with new phones and a new plan. They explained everything in detail, in a way that it was easy to understand everything with all the changes involved. Best part was there was no pressure! They made sure we were happy with our upgrades/changes before we left the store! Top notch service!!!
