Asked for a quote for a cement pad for a shed. While he came as scheduled, was astonished as to how much I would be gouged. Wanted 4000 for an 80 square foot cement pad. Going rate is 20 to 25 per square foot but he wanted to charge 50 per square foot for a small job. I would rather he be honest, like others have been and say it was just too small a job. Buyers BEWARE

Steven Andrade took most of the money (2000 of 2600) for the work he had to do, he promised several times he'd come back to finish the job, but he never did, even after waiting for him for a whole month! He didn't answer most of our calls either. It was a very painful and highly unpleasant experience. We had to find another way to finish his job.
