EDIT: Metro Honda is an extremely friendly atmosphere. The staff is very courteous and always ready to help. We exchanged our Baleno for the New Generation City ZX CVT and the entire experience from the home demo, exchange process, payment and delivery was spotless. Special shout out to Vamshi for helping with the exchange and Ram Krishna for managing delivery within a week for the car. Special thanks to Mr Kulkarni for the smooth finance process and going out of his way to help with the NoC related work. Also, on delivery they allowed our little paw bearer Moonshine inside for the experience. Big Thank You! Updating this review for the horrible post sales service: Unlike most dealerships post the sale Metro Honda has horrible support. Once the sales guy has completed the sale, the customer is on his own. For the Honda city, Metro Honda staff did not update the Honda connect app with the owners name, despite 1.5 weeks of requesting them to help no one has fixed the issue. The registration in my experience is always done by the dealer, I have always had the dealer book the slot and go to the RTO. In this case after the sale the Metro Honda team asked me to collect the original documents and do the entire registration process my self. This is really irritating as I dont know how to proceed with the registration myself. It’s been almost 2 weeks and the Metro Honda team hasn’t provided the original documents yet for me to book my RTO Slot. Post this experience I would suggest potential Honda buyers to go to Sundaram Honda instead of paying for horrible service at Metro.

Brought a Honda Amaze car in this showroom. Overall great experience. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Customer service is very good.
