Had my annual service done here as I have for many years. Its been progressively getting worse. I was not informed when my vehicle was ready and they let me drive out of the lot with issues that when looked at by another mechanic they were alarmed at why the issue had not been immediately rectified. The issues they said that were present in the vehicle I would have agreed for them to fix if they called me, the service person said they even had the parts. They also did not look at the additional issues I mentioned with the vehicle despite explicitly saying it in the booking report and to the service drop off staff. The service staff were unprofessional, told me I didn't have a service booked until I physically had to show them the evidence then they checked their systems. I very much felt like I wasn't wanted as a customer. I also dropped the vehicle off to get repaired due to an urgent issue to at least have someone look at it as it was the only place I knew I could get it towed to on a Saturday. I was told someone would look at it Monday, when I called the service team on Monday they said they do not have an appointment until May and they'll try and look at it at some point before then. After years of using them for my annual service I will not be returning.

If you are young and a woman they will try and one up you. Went for a basic service and tyre change and the quote was hundreds more than when my father had previously brought the car in. First time doing the service by myself as normally my dad was the one to drop the car off with me. Situation was only sorted when I got my father involved. They quickly corrected after that. Will not be going back to this location.

Matthew Scott was hands down the best Car salesman I have ever seen I called up earlier today and informed Matthew I have been looking at several other makes and models, I had a look at the Hyundai Santa Fe Highlander he explained everything in detail not rushed whatsoever went for a test drive Explained every single detail possible about the car defiantly sold me on the car I will defiantly be back to see Matthew when I am ready to buy the vehicle.
