Fantastic service by Reece/Reese at Metro Rod. Solved our issue within 30 minutes, managed to clear the blockage in our toilet stack which was tackled by 5 other unrelated plumbers. After 11 days we finally have a working toilet, thanks a lot! If you're looking for a company with the right tools and to get the job done, I'd definitely recommend these

Peter was very professional and diagnosed and cleared the blockage very quickly. He inspected all the pipework with the camera and left the area clean and tidy. Less than 3hrs from the initial phone call to job completion. I would highly reccomend metro rod

Metro-Rod team are fantastic! Extremely helpful and understand the needs of our contract. The office team are friendly and approachable, willing to assist wherever possible. We recently had a collapsed drain which was promptly attended, surveyed and further works suggested. Works were carried out at a time to suite us and to ensure there was no disruption to our clients and site. The works were undertaken by 2 friendly and informative operative who discussed the issues as the excavation took place. We felt very confident that the work undertaken was done to a high standard and in our best interest. Cost effective and rapidly resolved the issue. Highly recommend them!
This company were used by Your repair, i developed a leak after fitting new taps which meant i had to turn of my supply. Within a few hours their engineer Mitch contacted me. When i informed him of the problem he was not sure he could fix it but made an hours journey anyway to take a look. This man did every thing he could to fix the leak without having to send someone else to finish the job. I take my hat off to you and can't thank you enough what could have been a nightmare has been avoided defiantly recommend and MItch was such a helpful guy thank you
