Me and my fiancé had booked this banquet hall in 2019 February for a wedding that was supposed to happen in 2020 July 18. we paid a total of 1000 for the whole place as a deposit. Four months later, around summer 2019 we decided that we only wanted half of the banquet hall so the manager had made us sign another Contract discussing that 500 of the 1000 would be used as a deposit in the 500 would have to go towards a payment of the balance that was due. Unfortunately due to Covid we had to postpone our wedding they And now they are not contacting us their phones are closed they owe us a balance of 500 that supposed to come back and plus the deposit since the wedding was canceled because of the pandemic they are scammers And unhelpful.
