I get a lot of flack for still taking my vehicle to the dealership for service, but I don't care. The service department here always takes care of any issues promptly and politely, and never make me feel like I know nothing (unlike other institutions in town who shall remain nameless).

My daughter bought her car here and it's a really good car. The people were friendly and upbeat when we were there on my daughter's Hyundai. So when it was my turn, of course they were the first I thought of. Nope no no no... The feeling in the air had changed. I went up to the lady I talked to the entire time my daughter was doing her thing and she was tied. She asked what I was looking for and I told her and I told what I absolutely did not want. She grabbed some keys and said brb and came back with absolutely not, but I thought I'll give it a try. The steering wheel was shaking, it pulled to the right, noises coming from iono where. My daughter and I turned around and handed in the keys. We went to Mexico Motors. This is what I wanted.

Had a truck on the lot and called on it but wasn't for sale. A few days went by the truck was then sitting on corner of lot across the street. Now sitting in the back lot again. Guess they didn't want to sell.
