Honestly the worst experience I have ever had from a "Safety Equipment" supplier. Their staff are unable to assist in re-certifying safety equipment that clearly has a fault engineered into the design - using Ballpoint pens to hand write serial numbers on Working At Height Safety Equipment. Serial numbers have since faded out and cannot be re-certified because they do not have serial numbers on them? Go Figure?? Stay far away from their "Arrow" Brand harnesses, it is a complete rip off to purchase them. As for the legality of writing a serial number on a safety device with a Blue Ballpoint Pen, well that is another story. Rather avoid them completely and save your Money, Time and Effort. Emails are not even responded to, really a useless, pathetic company!

I ordered from Quality Saftey a few weeks ago. The sales person was knowledgeable and quick to reply. They even arranged to send my order to me with a vehicle that passed my town, I didn't even have to arrange a courier. I recieved my quote and invoice within hours of sending the request (Same Day). The product I received was as ordered and of top quality. Their staff are friendly and helpful. Thanks for the great service! Will most definitely make use of them in the future.
Useless, useless and more useless. Don't even bother trying to get a quote or buy something there. The people doesn't care. After several attempts to get a quote I eventually got in contact with the sales manager. Even worse. After telling me she will resolve the situation. Still waiting for any feedback or mail as requested. 3 weeks and counting No
