Extremely hospitable, well maintained and a beautiful property. Was worth the stay. Definitely visiting again.
The view is good. Customer service is good too. Room needs a few repairs here and there, but stay was good overall.
Lovely place to stay. The staff's were very polite & helpful. Food in the resturant were good. Mr Ravi who was the manager in the hotel treated us really well. If you are planning for a pleasant saty with family, MGM Hill Worth is the best & cheapest option.
Poorly maintained resort. It looks very old and unhygienic. No basic amenities provided when compared to other stays. Poor lighting, Taps were leaking, Broken chairs are few to mention. Stay away from this one.
Rooms are spacious and good looking but no proper insulation. Hence, rooms get insanely cold at nights. Worst food service. Geysers doesn't work properly. Not so worth the price.
I loved the place especially the location, food service at room was good snacks and all... But main course needs little improvement. I am a person who is a vegetarian also with no onions and garlic.... I had very less options :( .but otherwise the staff is very courteous, helpful and plus point is awesome view from your room's window. The decor and everything is very interesting. Approachability from Coonoor Railway Station is good. Best part they accept Amex cards warmly :)
