I can never get enough Mi Patria! Highly recommend getting a plate that comes with several dishes and mixing and matching in the quest for your perfect bite. Super flavorful! One time we ordered delivery and it took forever to come and arrived cold, but since then it hasn't been an issue.

Great portions, delicious food, great atmosphere and the staff was super friendly. I lived the salsa they had and made sure to devour all of it. It was nice to find a restaurant offering something different in town.

This is one of our favorite Des Moines area restaurants. We've been several times. The staff are always friendly and willing to answer questions. They always bring us some homemade hot sauce to try. The plantains are a family favorite--so good.
Excellent food and service here. There is a reason this is a go to place for us when we go out to eat, I always try something new when we come here and am always impressed.
