Upper management has absolutely no idea what they are doing. Clueless Presdient and VP. They are running this company to the ground. VP has a very nice car tho. Weird!

This place is a joke if you are Cuban then you are safe if not you are a target. Human Resources is a joke. The manager is never there I have tried going to to see her several times either she is on vacation or out sick I went last month and she was out two weeks the receptionist is trying to help but she doesn’t know anything. How do you leave a company with hundreds of employees without payroll or hr help. The Corporate office needs to investigate her because she doesn’t ever work. Who watches the watcher no one at least not at LGS.

Employees are treated like slaves. Disrespectful and unethical upper management like Scott Ingold, Henry Locher, Dayron Trillo, Nelson Llompart, Pablo Bunge and Leodan Rodriguez. CORP needs to do something about these people ASAP. Also, the Bill of Material manager is dating a customer service representative. Weird that her airline always gets top priority. (President dated the LEAN Team engineer as well) This people take their jobs in the aviation industry as a joke. No concern for the safety of people using these planes. Customers have been notified.

Game Over

Every year there's more and more millions missing from inventory. This year they are up to 6,000,000. Rumor says they are unscraping SCRAPS to make up for the missing inventory. This has been reported to both CORP and FAA. CORP seems to be covering for them. Only 3 people with the power to approve something of this nature: Scott Ingold, Henry Locher and/or Dayron Trillo. If these are just rumors and there is nothing to hide, it should be an easy investigation. Seems worth looking into since people's life's could be at risk.
