Had my new Ford Transit Connect taken in for new Ladder Rack on the Roof made by Prime Design. Excellent Product and Ray and the Staff was great. The front desk lady always very nice to offer water and coffee. Great people and Excellent Product.

I wasn’t sure exactly what it was that I wanted in my van. I called them and they were friendly over the phone and was told to pass by and check out the show room. Everything is of high quality here. I met with Ray and he walked me through a full line of products and gave me excellent ideas of what to do. I had a same-day install, they were fast and efficient. Great overall experience and shop.
Great customer service from start to finish! Ray was amazing and very helpful when it came to having our stuff installed on our new transit.The lady at the front desk was very friendly and even made coffee upon a customers request. Highly recommend
